Subscription or self-hosted?
A subscription is the easiest start: nothing to install and no server to think about. The self-hosted version is a one-time purchase that we install on the server or hosting setup you choose, so the software and your data live in a setup you control. Simple maths for one property, before hosting costs: ₹7,999 equals about 16 months of the monthly plan, or about 2 years 8 months of the yearly plan. Each property is priced at the plan rate. For example, two properties on the yearly plan come to 5,998 rupees a year. If you are unsure how your buildings would count, message us on WhatsApp.

What does the 7,999 rupee self-hosted price include?
